Delivery
Orders are delivered by trusted carriers such as UPS FedEx and the United States Postal Service It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete Creekcookset is not liable for packages lost delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or insufficient addresses If your tracking information indicates a delivered status but you have not received the package please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation We are happy to assist you in this process

To initiate a return please follow these steps
1 Contact our customer service team at vip@creekcookset.com within the 14day return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number Please provide your order number and the reason for the return
2 Once you receive the RMA number and instructions securely repack the item in its original packaging including all accessories manuals and documentation
3 Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box
4 Ship the package to the designated returns address at your own expense We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility The return address is
